Tactics For A Nice Day, Revisited

I hope you have a nice day. I hardly know how to ensure it even some of the time, myself, but here's what I've been thinking about.

  1. Fast if I can. If I can't, make bread.
  2. Read if I can. If I can't, spend time on art.
  3. Sleep between 9:30-6 if I can. If I can't, more, and more regular, sleep is best.
  4. Walk in the mornings and evenings if I can. If I can't, simply spend time outside.
  5. Follow the impression from March if I can. If I can't, write up an explanation about why, and ponder it for next time, you'll be glad to have written it up.
  6. Spend time on flashcards if I can. If I can't, make sure to take ten minutes by the clock and sit silently, eyes closed, to avoid being in a whirlwind.
  7. Publish thoughts here, if I can. If I can't at least write as a way of making the thoughts line up a bit more -- either as a draft or trying to persuade an LLM..

I needed to be more understanding of my failures.
